For the fist time in the sector, Yasumoto succeeded in creating a smoked soy sauce using a cold-smoking method.
The soy sauce is smoked using cherry wood and then roasted peanuts and spices are added to enrich the flavor.
This Japanese dressing has a rich, thick texture and a fragrant aroma that goes well with many dishes.
You can simply add the dressing on salads, vegetables, shabu-shabu or any dishes you like.
Store at room temperature and avoid direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
