From the first smell of the freshly opened bag to the last sip of the last cup of the bag, this coffee is everything I've been looking for. Great aroma, perfectly drinkable from first sip of the cup to the cooler last sip the flavor is consistent. The right amount of pick me up in the caffeine department too. A nicely balanced flavor profile, low on acid yet big enough on flavor to satisfy. That is why I feel this is the coffee of coffees. Oh, and the price competes with the $10/12 oz bags of coffee available around me. So this is a win-win, great tasting coffee at a price I like!
