Contains 100% Tsujiri Matcha harvested in the town of Uji in Kyoto Prefecture.
Tsujiri is a green tea and matcha specialty store established in 1860 in Kyoto. Their philosophy remains the same as in the beginning, to offer the best quality green tea in the market. In order to achieve this they only use green tea harvested in Uji and still use traditional grinding techniques that enhance the flavor and aroma of matcha.
This product contains double quantity of matcha powder than the regular Kataoka Tsujiri Matcha Milk.
Serve either hot or cold:
For hot matcha latte: Place three heaped teaspoons (17g) of powder in a cup or glass, then add 140ml of hot water and stir well.
For iced matcha latte: Place three heaped teaspoons (17g) of powder in a cup, add 120ml of cold and then ice cubes.
You can also add milk instead of water for a richer taste.
