Use once or twice a week in place of your regular shampoo and conditioner. Thoroughly wet your scalp and hair with lukewarm water, then gently squeeze out excess water. Apply about one ping pong ball-sized amount to your scalp and massage from the crown toward the back and sides of your head. Apply more product through the mid-lengths and ends, then massage your entire scalp. Leave the cream on for 2–3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly with water.
