This product is coarsely grated Japanese horseradish paste. Enjoy its fresh pungency and the unique texture of wasabi roots.

It is made from 100% Japanese wasabi produced in Shizuoka, and unlike most wasabi pastes, this product does not contain Western horseradish.

The coarsely grated paste has sharper pungency than fine pastes and goes very well with sashimi; however, the manufacturer recommends to use this product as an ingredient for dipping sauce because it melts smooth and the flavor lasts longer.

    Never going back!!
